We are now living in the very best of times, yet the flip side of that means that we are also experiencing the very worst of times.
Societies around the world are fragmented, people are broken, moreso now than ever before. There are individuals in seats of power that they should not have been elected into and are only there for their own gain, ego-fuelled ambitions, and driven entirely by narcissistic greed.
At this point in time, as individuals, we cannot rectify or change this, yet what we can do is raise awareness and like anything, that begins with us and our own thought process.
Situations and people can only affect us if we allow them to, so this can never be an option.
Mindfulness and Wellbeing have to be our daily affirmations from the moment we awaken in the morning, right through the day until we lay our heads down at night for some peaceful, restorative and solid sleep.
Using an overall and Holistic approach to this, including breath work and basic NLP (neuro linguistic programming), which is the base of Hypnotherapy (in which I am qualified), we can begin to feel, acknowledge and accept life and situations much easier.
We can literally be ‘The Change we wish to see in this World.’
Together we can help to achieve a much better, more Positive and more love-driven world.
